Entire team at Passorn Thai in Edinburgh delighted to welcome back discerning diners

Passorn Thai is delighted to announce we will begin welcoming back customers to our restaurant from Friday, July 31.

After a lengthy closure during the Coronavirus pandemic, we are thrilled to open our doors once again.

We look forward to serving discerning diners who enjoy sumptuous, signature Thai dishes, combining the finest local produce with the best spices and dry goods imported from Thailand.

A new ‘Chef Special’ will be introduce to the refreshed menu, with a new dish handpicked by our culinary wizard each month.

At the forefront of our reopening is a focus on customer safety. Social distancing measures have been put into place with Front of House staff wearing face shields. Hand sanitiser is readily available throughout the venue.

Restaurant owner Cindy Sirapassorn, said: “One of our primary objectives is to make our diners feel safe.

“We have implemented a range safety measures to ensure our diners have a safe and enjoyable experience at Passorn Thai.

“With the addition of our refreshed menu, long-standing favourites will remain, providing diners a variety of exquisite Thai dishes.”

The restaurant will reopen between Tuesday-Thursday at 5.30-10pm and Friday -Saturday 5.30-10.30pm. From August 6-15, Passorn Thai will also reopen for lunch on Thursday-Saturday from 12-2.30pm.

From August 10, the restaurant will be open from Monday-Thursday between 5.30-10pm and Friday – Saturday between 5.30-10.30pm.

From August 19, lunch will be available Tuesday-Saturday from 12:30-2.30pm.
